Shipping charges are not fixed — they depend on your delivery location, the zone it falls under, and the total weight of your order. The exact shipping amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.
We use Shiprocket as our logistics platform, which partners with multiple courier services to determine the best available rate for your pincode. Rates may vary between orders based on courier availability and zone pricing.

We ship via Shiprocket, which automatically assigns the best available courier partner (such as Shiprocket etc.) based on your pincode and order details. All packages are carefully packed to protect your perfumes during transit.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order from your My Orders page.
Some remote pincodes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout. You may try entering an alternate delivery address or contact us for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photographs (if applicable). We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
